FAQ
On Day 3 of the conference, we’re excited to offer the option to visit various museums by attending one of three tracks, listed below. Grouped by location, each track features a diverse range of museum types and sizes, with minimal travel time.
The day will start by meeting your colleagues at LACMA for a breakfast reception, then a bus ride together to visit three museums. Several of the museums will give a brief overview of their security procedures, and all will offer the opportunity for you to visit their collections.
Upon registration, you have selected one of three tracks listed below. Tracks were filled on a first-come, first-served basis until it reached 50 participants. You may have been assigned to a different track depending on space. You will find the track you will be attending on your name tag.
TIP: Use the tracks listed on attendee name tags as a great networking tool – connect with others on why they chose their track!

Name badges are needed to board the shuttle bus.
If you miss the shuttle, you will need to find your own way to the venue.
If you are not staying at either the Luxe or the Hotel Angeleno, it is recommended that you take a rideshare to the Luxe to join the 7:15am departure. At the end of the day, the buses from the three Tracks will return everyone back to the Luxe not to LACMA, so it is preferable for everyone to get the buses from the Luxe.
If you are local and will be driving yourself, please contact Les Borsay (lborsay@getty.edu ) directly so that parking reservations at LACMA can be made for you.

During moments of peak attendance, LACMA operates valet-assisted, stack parking in the Pritzker Parking Garage at no additional charge. Please do not leave valuables in your car. The height clearance of the Pritzker Parking Garage is 6’10”.
Metro Local 20 and Rapid 720 buses on Wilshire Blvd. and Metro Local 217 and 218, and Rapid 780 buses on Fairfax Ave. stop within half a block of the museum.
