This will be a fast-paced review of a number of significant security incidents involving insiders such as employees, scholars, researchers, and/or volunteers who have stolen collections from museums, libraries, and other cultural properties. We will learn from the misfortunes of others, identify the methods used and highlight trends so that we can avoid becoming similar victims.
