Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn through peer collaboration and active participation, the methodologies to define emergencies specific to your cultural property. While baseline emergencies exist, this workshop recognizes that not all cultural properties classify emergencies in the same way. Emergency operating procedures must consider available resources, external partnerships, and the operating model of your cultural property in order to craft EOPs that are executable. As a participant, you will leave this workshop with the ability to communicate definable expectations of an EOP, your cultural property’s tolerance for risk, and the specific time window for which an EOP is applicable.
