Lead Telecommunications Specialist, National Gallery of Art
Haywood Turnipseed Jr. is the Lead Telecommunications Specialist at the National Gallery of Art. He’s been working in the telecommunications field for 28 years and has been with the National Gallery of Art for the past 8 years. Currently, he is the interim supervisor for the Telecommunications Team, which is a part of the Administrative Services Division at the National Gallery of Art. In addition to his daily work duties, Haywood is the elected Vice President for the Union (AFGE local 1831), as well as an Equal Employment Opportunity counselor and a facilitator for conversations with front-facing staff and community advisory boards.
