NCCPP 2024 Call for Speakers

Conference Dates: Sept. 23-25, 2024

Deadline for Proposals: April 1, 2024

NCCPP is accepting proposals for sessions on the 2024 theme of: Preserving the Past, Protecting the Future: Global Innovations in Cultural Property Protection

Sessions for other future offerings may also be selected from these submissions.

Speaker Requirements: 

• • All presenters must be available to present on any conference day or time until the final session agenda is confirmed.
  • Please submit fully developed and clear proposals; unclear or incomplete proposals are less likely to be accepted. The Advisory Board reserves the right to make changes to any session proposal or speaker list if they feel it will strengthen the quality of your session.
  • If selected, availability to discuss/rehearse with a member of the Advisory Board.

Please submit proposals by April 1, 2024, to conf@si.edu with the subject line: NCCPP2024: Speaker Proposal and include the following information:

We especially encourage proposals that incorporate issues of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI) and illustrate ways in which cultural properties are leveraging the American Alliance of Museums’ Diversity and Inclusion Policy.
